Abstract
Starting a new venture itself is challenging, risky, and hard enough, but scaling up your tech innovation as a profitable business and sustaining a healthy growth rate with all the changes coming your way are two of the hardest endeavors I have ever encountered. While it is hard to understand why some of the companies are wildly successful when success rate in the start-up world is in low single digits, it is possible to learn from observation and implement best practices through the use of frameworks provided in this chapter. The frameworks address three components of what the author calls ‘Scaleup Mindset’—Culture, Business Model, and Execution. It’s the successful collaboration of these three components that brings in the ability to be antifragile—an ability to absorb the stress introduced by change as if it is a growth agent and lead continuous transformation in scaling up the business.
