Abstract
There is a wide range of good books, courses, and certifications about frameworks for agile software development, and just as many people fully convinced on what the best approach for you is. I truly believe that you know what is best for your team and product, especially if you take the time to truly get to know the team members and their dynamics at work. In this chapter, we will review the most important factors you should analyse and understand to be able to adapt the existing and up and coming methods, methodologies, and frameworks to your team, all while getting the most out of your product.
